Responsibilities

Receive orders from the dispatcher and send communication to the dispatcher regarding order progress.
Communicate with the Parts Department to get needed parts for repair orders.
Be aware of and satisfy dealership standards for safety and housekeeping.
Read factory bulletins and adhere to any policy updates they provide.
Adhere to any requirements set forth by local, state, or federal regulatory authorities.

Keep up with paperwork on repair orders that are in progress and completed.
Let the service advisor know of any additional work put on repair orders.
Track parts under warranty as required.
Ensure that quality standards are met on all repair work.
Road-test vehicles when necessary to check for optimal functioning.
