Tire Patch and Repair Service

Toyota Tire and Patch Repair

Tire and Patch Repair Service With a Smile

A punctured or damaged tire is a danger to the driver and other drivers on the highway. Blowouts are common and oftentimes avoidable when tires are patched or repaired properly. We check your tires inside and out to ensure that all treads are secure, intact, and safe. Tires can be repaired in one or several ways, however; this depends on the location and severity of the damage. If your tire has a small puncture, we could easily plug your tire in a matter of minutes. We will use a rubber filler that fits perfectly inside the punctured area of your tire. For tires with larger punctures or worn-out treads, you could be looking at replacement tires. Our goal is to keep you safe.

How Do We Patch and Repair Your Tire?

We use a combination of plugs and patches or a ”mushroom” patch to repair your tire. We place the patch on the inside of your tire to reseal the inner lining. This allows air to remain inside the tire. In some cases, air may still seep out of the tire, which may require another resealing process of the outer lining. If your tire still does not hold air and constantly leaks, we might have to use an alternative repair method. However, patch and repair remain the simplest and quickest method of tire repair.

Why Do You Need to Get Your Tire Patched Right Away?

Under most circumstances, some people choose to wait before having their tires repaired. This can be a deadly mistake. Driving on one or more damaged tires increases your chance of having an accident, putting not only yourself but others at risk. At any time, your tire can explode (blowout) or unravel on the highway. The longer you wait to have your tire patched or repaired, the more damage you do to your vehicle. So, for the sake of safety and good health, you want to get your tire plugged or repaired as soon as possible. Cars with bad tires, often need a front or rear-end alignment, depending on the location of the affected tire.
